SCIENCE ENRICHMENT ADVENTURE TRIP
When: May 13, 2016 from 5:30 a.m. -11:30 p.m. via Young Charter Bus
Where: The University of Tennessee and Chattanooga Aquarium
Meeting for Members attending will be at end of April during WIN

Instructions for Calculating Your Current Grade Point Average
Follow this guide for calculating your weighted GPA. Academic classes count twice as much as exploratory classes. Keep in mind that anyone with grades below a B will not be accepted, Beta Club Members are expected to maintain academic excellence throughout their membership. Grades reported on this form will be verified by the Beta Club Faculty Review Committee.
A copy of your report card must be submitted with this form.
