3rd - 12th Students Install Zoom Via Windows Software Center:

Students must install Zoom from Windows Software Center before they can join a teacher's Zoom meeting. Students are not able to download and install Zoom from the Web on their BCS supplied devices. If you are a new student or have a new device it will take time for Software Center to populate with available applications including Zoom. The device must be on and connected to the Internet for Software Center to update with the applications available for the new student profile.

How to Use the Software Center on Your Device

NCEDCLOUD Password Changes:

If an my.ncedcloud.org password is changed it may take up to 30 minutes for the password to sync with the BCS supplied device as well as downstream applications like Microsoft/Zscaler login. The device must be on and connected to the Internet for the password to sync with the device.
