2021 Twilight School Application

Twilight School is scheduled to begin on Jan. 20, 2021; however, this date may change depending upon days missed for inclement weather. Twilight School will be held at the Buncombe County Schools Central Office building on Bingham Road in the Discovery Academy beginning at 4 p.m.

Important Updates to K-12 Grading Policy

​ Responding to continuing challenges caused by the COVID-19 school closure, the State Board of Education today approved measures addressing student grading for the remainder of the school year, incomplete teacher evaluations and a request for $380 million in additional emergency funding from the state.
